How much is shipping?

We offer FREE worldwide shipping for all our orders!
No shipping fees will be charged.

 

How can I pay in my currency?

Universal.Time processes all orders in EUR. During the payment process the currency will automatically be converted and take the right currency from your bank/Paypal account.

 

No PayPal Account or Credit Card?

If you do not have a PayPal account or a Credit Card to pay for your order just email us at info@universal-time.com!
Our Support Team will send you the Invoice via Email so you can pay via Bank Transfer. (Only possible if you live inside the EU)

 

 

How Does Ordering Work?

At first, add the item/s you wish to buy to your cart.
Your shopping cart is always visible on the top left corner of the website.
Just click on the bag icon and then press "Checkout with PayPal" or "Checkout"
After completing your payment details and going through the checkout process you will automatically receive a confirmation notice to the email adress you provided. We usually send within 2-3 business days after we have received Your order!

No Address when checking out with PayPal Button?

When checking out with the "Checkout with PayPal" button we automatically receive the address you set up at your PayPal Account! Please make sure it is still accurate!

 

How Is Shipping & Handling done?

We provide free  and secure  shipping worldwide for all of our orders. The Items will be shipped carefully packaged directly from Austria within 3 business days after receiving payment. 

For orders
inside  Europe expected delivery will be  3-8 business days after shipping.
- outside Europe expected delivery will be 7-21 business days after shipping.

In case you should not have received your order 21 business days after confirmed shipping, feel free to e-mail our support team at info@universal-time.com - they will be happy to help you out and solve the problem as soon as possible! 


PLEASE NOTE:

We’re not sending with DHL, UPS or FedEx. We are working with the Austrian Post AG. Registered packages (Tracking) are available at a value of 50€ or when sending to insecure countries (like South Africa). If your package is registered, that means you have to sign when receiving it. The postman is not allowed to leave it at your house when you're not at home! The package will be stored at the nearest post office waiting for you to pick it up. ATTENTION - They usually keep it a month until they send it back to us!

 

How can I adjust my Mesh Watch? 

1. Lift clasp (use a screwdriver or another tool that fits)

2. Slide the clasp to the desired slot to adjust size of the band

3. Push down to secure the clasp (You might have to press firmly)

The Item I Want Is Sold Out - What Can I Do?

 We try very hard to keep our products in stock, however, an item will be "Out of Stock". If you find that a product you like is out of stock, please check back again in a few days.

How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
