We provide free and secure shipping worldwide for all of our orders.
The Items will be shipped carefully packaged directly from Austria within
3 business days after receiving payment.
For orders inside Europe expected delivery will be 7-14 business days after shipping. For orders outside Europe expected delivery will be 10-28 business days after shipping.

You will be responsible for any sales taxes or customs duties that might apply to products you order from us.
We’re NOT sending with DHL, UPS or FedEx. We are collaborating with the Austrian Post AG. Registered packages (Tracking) are available at a value of 50€ or when sending to insecure countries (like South Africa). If your package is registered, that means you have to sign when receiving it. The postman is not allowed to leave it at your house when you're not at home! The package will be stored at the nearest post office waiting for you to pick it up. ATTENTION - They usually keep it a month until they send it back to us!
Refund / Cancellation Policy
In case you want to cancel any order,

We will then cancel the order without the need of any reasons.
After receiving your order you have 14 days to return the product/s.
If you want to return your item/s, in any case please
make sure to email us first at:
Please return all items in original condition. (ie unworn, unused)
Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.
- In a case of a qualitiy issue, (e.g. wrong color)
You can send back the order until the 14th day after arrival.
After confirming that the item/s have not been damaged or altered on purpose,
we will exchange the item or offer a 100% refund,
this will be up to you!
2. In a case of a non-quality issue,
You can send back the product/s until the 14th day after arrival.
After receiving the returned item we will offer a 90% refund
(10% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned.)
Shipping and Handling costs for returning any item/s have to be
covered by the purchaser.
Make sure to send your package with a tracking number when sending back items.
Universal Time is not liable for the loss of items being returned on the mailing route or elsewhere.
